Pyong An I

Assume a ready stance.

1.       Turn 90 degrees left into a left front stance and left low block.

2.       Step forward into a right front stance and right straight punch.

3.       Turn 180 degrees right into a right front stance and right low block.  Draw the right foot back into a simulated back stance.  Pull the right arm across the front of the body and then execute a right hammer-fist strike downward.

4.       Step forward into a left front stance and left straight punch.

5.       Turn 90 degrees left into a left front stance and left low block.  From the same position refold and execute a left upper knife-hand block to release opponents wrist grab.

6.       Step forward into a right front stance and right upper block.

7.       Step forward into a left front stance and left upper block.

8.       Step forward into a right front stance and right upper block. (KIAI)

9.       Turn 270 degrees left into a left front stance and left low block.

10.     Step forward into a right front stance and right straight punch.

11.     Turn 180 degrees right into a right front stance and right low block.

12.     Step forward into a left front stance and left straight punch.

13.     Turn 90 degrees left into a left front stance and left low block.

14.     Step forward into a right front stance and right straight punch.

15.     Step forward into a left front stance and left straight punch.

16.     Step forward into a right front stance and right straight punch. (KIAI)

17.     Turn 270 degrees left into a left back stance and left knife-hand block.

18.     Step 45 degrees right into a right back stance and right knife-hand block.

19.     Step 135 degrees right into a right back stance and right knife-hand block.

20.     Step 45 degrees left into a left back stance and left knife-hand block.

Assume a ready stance stepping back with the left leg.
