Assume a
ready stance.
1.
Turn 90 degrees left into a left back stance. Execute a right upper block and
left high outside block simultaneously (box block).
2.(a)
Turning at the waist, face the opponent and bring the left fist beside
the right ear and execute simultaneously a right inverted punch.
(b) With
only the head facing the opponent execute a left lunge punch to the left
side, and with draw the right fist to the right hip.
3. In
place, turn 180 degrees right into a right back stance. Execute a left upper
block and a right high outside block, simultaneously (box block).
4. (a)
Turning at the waist face the opponent and bring the right fist beside
the left ear and execute simultaneously a left inverted punch.
(b) With
only the head facing the opponent, execute a right lunge punch to the
right side, and withdraw the left fist to the left hip.
5. (a) Turn
90 degrees right placing the right foot next to the left while placing the left
fist palm up on the left hip and stacking the right fist, fist down, on
top of the left fist in a fist to palm stack.
(b)
Execute a right side kick and back-hand strike simultaneously.
(c) Turn
180 degrees left into a left back stance and left knife-hand block.

Step forward into a right back stance and right knife-hand block.
7.
Step forward into a left back stance and left knife-hand block.
8.
Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right spear-hand
thrust with the left arm placed horizontally under the right elbow. (KIAI)

Turn 270 degrees left into a left back stance and left knife-hand block.
10. Step
45 degrees right into a right back stance and right knife-hand block.
11. Step
135 degrees right into a right back stance and right knife-hand block.
12. Step
45 degrees left into a left back stance and left knife-hand block.
13. Turn
45 degrees left into a left front stance with a right scooping inside middle
block.
14.
Execute a right front snap kick and step into a right front stance with
the left straight punch.
15. From
the same stance execute a left scooping inside middle block.
16.
Execute a left front snap kick and step forward into a left front stance
with a right straight punch.
17. Step
forward into a right front stance and execute a twin-fist strike
(simultaneous right back fist strike to nose and left inverted punch to
solar plexus from a palm to palm stack on the left hip).
18. Turn
270 degrees left into a left front stance and left low block . From the same
position refold and execute a left upper knife hand block to release
opponents wrist grab.
19. Step
forward into a right front stance and right upper block.
20. Turn
180 degrees right into a right front stance and right low block. From the same
position refold and execute a right upper knife hand block to release
opponents wrist grab.
21. Step
forward into a left front stance and left upper block. (KIAI)
