Assume a
ready stance.
1.
Step 90 degrees left into a left back stance, executing a left inside middle
block to the left side.
2.
Step forward placing the feet together. Execute a left low block and a
right inside middle block simultaneously (scissors block).
3. In
the same position execute a right low block and a left inside middle
block simultaneously (scissors block).
4.
Turn 180 degrees right into a right back stance and execute a right inside
middle block to the right side.
5.
Step forward placing the feet together. Execute a right low block and a
left inside middle block (scissors block).
6. In
the same stance execute a left low block and right inside middle block
(scissors block).
7.
Turn 90 degrees left into a left front stance and execute a double arm inside
middle block.
8.
Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right spear-hand
thrust with the left arm held horizontal under the right elbow.
9.
Turn 270 degrees left into a straddle leg stance. As the turn is executed,
pull the right arm behind the back. Then execute a left side
hammer-fist strike.
10. Step
90 degrees left into a right front stance and right straight punch. (KIAI)
11. Turn
180 degrees left placing the left leg beside the right and place the knuckles
of the fists on the waist.
12.
Moving forward, perpendicular to current position, bring the right leg
up in an arc (crescent kick) and heel stomp, setting down in a straddle
leg stance.
13.
Execute a right elbow block followed by a right back-fist strike and
return the right fist to the waist.
14.
Moving 180 degrees right, bring the left leg up in an arc (crescent kick) and
heel stomp, setting down into a straddle leg stance.
15.
Execute a left elbow block and left back-fist strike and return the left
fist to the waist.
16.
Moving 180 degrees left, bring the right leg up in an arc (crescent kick) and
heel stomp, setting down into a straddle leg stance.
17.
Execute a right elbow block followed by a right knife-hand strike.
Execute with slow movement to full concentration of power.
18. Move
the left foot forward 90 degrees into a left front stance and left straight
punch.
19.
Slide the right foot forward into a straddle leg stance. Turning 180
degrees
left into a straddle leg stance, look over the left shoulder and execute
a left rear elbow strike and a high right rear punch simultaneously.
The punch is executed next to the left side of the head.
20.
Slide the left foot next to the right and then the right foot to the
right into a straddle leg stance and while looking over the right
shoulder, execute a right rear elbow strike and a high left rear punch.
The punch is executed next to the right side of the head. (KIAI)
